Residential Cleaning

We have various cleaning services tailored to each individual need. Whether you just need tidying up or a major makeover, we strive to exceed your expectations.

First Impression Cleaning

This service brings your home to the level of cleanliness in order to be maintained on a routine basis.

All baseboards
Edged vacuuming
Light Fixtures/ Switches/ Outlets
Door knobs/frames
Wall Moldings/ Chair rails
Window sills/Ledges
Blinds/Shutters
Ceiling fan blades
Cobweb removal
Stairs/ Banister rails

This Service is performed ONLY on our first visit. Additional Cost thereafter
Note: We clean areas Only reachable with a 4 step stool and 12ft extension pole.

Basic Cleaning

This service is the maintaining of your initial cleaning on a routine basis.

Kitchen: Clean Counter Tops & all counter appliances
Living/Dining Area: Vacuum carpet, Sweep & mop
Bedrooms: Make bed, Dust, Vacuum/Mop, Tidy, Empty trash
Bathrooms: Clean sinks, Toilet, Shower/tub, Mirrors

NOTE: We do NOT use soap & water on hardwood floors. A soft microfiber mop is used with Bona floor cleaner or Mr. Clean for hardwood for a more deep cleaning (Recommended for High Traffic Areas).

Housekeeping

This service is recommended for that client (traveling corporate) who's looking for someone to perform the following 2/3 times a week:

Clean bathrooms
Tidy of all bedrooms
Change Bed/ Bath Linen
Dust and Vacuum/Mop all rooms
Empty all receptacles
Cleaning of Kitchen (Load & unload dishwasher)
Laundry Wash, Dry, Fold (Up to 2 loads, extra cost for more)

Move In/Out Cleaning

* denotes Move In Only

Kitchen

Clean all appliances (In and Out), Cabinets/Drawers (In and Out), Counter tops, *Baseboards, Sweep & mop floor, Clean & sanitize sink.

Living/Dining Area

Vacuum carpet/ Sweep & mop hardwood floors, *Baseboards, Dust Fans and *Blinds/Shutters, Window Sills/ledges,

Bedrooms

*Dust blinds, *Clean Window Sills/ledges, *Baseboards, Vacuum or Sweep & Mop Hardwood.

Bathrooms

Clean sink(s), Toilet, Shower/tub, Mirrors, Cabinets/Drawers (In and Out), Vanity, *Baseboards, Sweep & mop.

Other Areas

*Outlets/light switches, *Door frames& ledges, *Light Fixtures, *Cob Web Removal, *Air Vents
